this was my first stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations! the old water tower design is truly unique, and the clean room had an amazing view of hamburg. it's conveniently located next to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city.

the elevators were always crowded.

Elevator service often felt slow, leading to frustrating waits during busy hours. Some rooms lacked proper air conditioning or windows that opened, making it stuffy after a hot shower. The surrounding area, while vibrant, had its share of noise from nearby train tracks and loiterers, which might unsettle solo travelers or those seeking peace.
